Copy of fixed deposit is OK. While landing at POE you should take the funds in Cash/DD/TC, according to your convenience. Say CAD 5000/- cash and balance as TC or draft.

Yes enough. Mine was just a letter from the bank stating the amount of funds present and it was accepted.
