I have Fixed Diposits in multiple banks

So What document I have to attach in my FSW File to show FD as Proof of fund ?
The Fixed Diposit Receipt photocopy or any other bank letter mentioning details of FD? becoz on checklist there is a word like "fixed deposit or time deposit statement" so I am confused.

Also in FD receipt only invested amount and maturity amount is mentioned so what to consider while calculating balance ?

moreover the photocopy must be certified true copy ?

get a certificate from bank stating the amount of fd u have. u can also give photocopy of fd reciept .
