Received a letter(17th may 2011) from chc, london to submit the original certificates and transcripts of all educational credentials of mine and my spouse within 30 days of letter. In the first sentence of the letter they wrote : your application for permanent residence has been reviewed and the documents marked below are required. The document marked was to submit the original certificates and transcripts of all educational credentials of my mine and my spouse.
please clarify me this.
when will chc, london return the original educational credentials?
How long they take for reviewing the requested documents?
since you are an England resident...so they may take a different approach...you should send them an email anyway asking for originals you really need...
we from pakistan have sent our Nikahnama's (wedding certificate from govt.) and ref letters which are really hard to come by here so i think they will send them back.......otherwise applicant should ask for them anyway...they are supposed to only keep your IELTS and PCCs.

We've had medical requests, and passport requests, and now have our visa.
CHC London have not returned any of our original documents - not a single one.
So I can only assume they have stopped returning them? Or should we expect them back at a later date?
