When can I enter into Canada as an Student

I will start a Master program in British Columbia this fall as an international student from Venezuela and I have a couple of questions regarding when I can enter the country. I got my student visa last month and I have everything ready to go to Canada, I have some relatives living in Toronto and I wanted to visit them in July and stay over before going to British Columbia, my questions are, can I enter Canada with my visa and get my student permit if I enter in the last week of July? and Will I have any problem if I enter through Ontario?

Incase they do ask why ur here early .. just say you wanan settle down and be prepared for studies and that you have enough capital to bear the expenses
