age -12
arranged employment-10
adaptability-10

MY QUESTION: Can i apply now? or i have to wait till i get 1 year work experience as a drywall installer?
You must apply at EE AFAIK, you will not be able to catch FSWP unless your files reach CIC before launch of EE in Jan-2015 which is technically hard to do.
Your profession may in skill trade category with Canadian experience. You should apply for EE, as you have work arrangement. ITA, if LIMA approved work offering.
