can i get ITA under EE?

can i get ITA under EE without work experience in canada in FSWP?
i have a arranged employment LMIA based and working full time from last 2 months as drywall installer(skill level B).
My points under EE is 850 without counting any work experience in canada and 69/100 in FSWP.
