What options are available for an international student to file for PR before graduation. Thinking of a 6years straight PHD program and can't imagine maintaining this status of INTERNATIONAL STUDENT every where for 6years as that would be costly tuition and health insurance wise. What options do an international student have to file for a PR before graduation

Thinking of PR before your graduation ? Yes, one option is there...
And that's in Quebec. You can apply for PR right in the last 6 months of your school (before you graduate) and you do not need any job offer/LMO or even Post Graduate Work Permit. Looks easy?
Oops..I forget to add that to be eligible for this program; you MUST have sufficient knowledge of French Language. Without French speaking, you can't get through.
At the time of submitting your application, you must:
• be at least 18 years old and intend to settle in Québec to hold a job;
• have conformed to the conditions on your stay as a foreign student;
• hold a Québec diploma eligible for the PEQ or expect to complete your study program within six months of the date on which you submit your application;
• have an intermediate level knowledge of oral French.
