What is in the letter mailed to sponsor after Decision Made?

Follow up:

Even though it says there was a letter sent to me, they told me on the phone that there is nothing awaiting my action and they don't have a record of anything being sent... very strange.

We spoke with someone from the IRCC office and they confirmed the information that we are inputting into the link application search tool, so it must be a technical issue. We submitted a webform yesterday.

I doubt many other people have two applications going at once, so I understand if this is too complicated of an issue to help with but I appreciate the input.
