Hi,
Somewhere in this forum i have see that, Certfied cheque or bank draft is cancelled automatically after it was inquired 3 times. I am just wondering if the same is applicable for Money order also?. But some one has mentioned that we can inquire as many number of times as we want. i am not sure which one is correct.

If you are so worried about where your application sits, refer to Trackitt. Most people get worries about their application, despite it not being their 'turn' yet. Sort the table on Trackitt by application file date and you can see the latest dates that have resulted in an AOR.
So checking whether your draft was cashed, is currently pointless. As I recommended before, use Trackitt:
http://www.trackitt.com/canada-immigration-trackers/canadian-experience-class/
According to Trackitt, the most recent application received at CIC, with an AOR, was filed August 07, 2014 (AOR received November 04, 2014).
I estimate that you have 2-3 weeks longer to wait before you receive your AOR.
