My husband(he is PR right here) sponsored me to be PR.
Here is my timeline after I have checked in CIC website:
We received your application for permanent residence on May 4, 2011.
We started processing your application on May 17, 2011.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made and you will be contacted.
We sent you a letter on March 18,
I am quite worry about the decision b4 I received the letter．
I want to know if it means approval or rejection or sth else?

Your timeline sounds typical of what a lot of people get. If it was a rejection, then there should have been some due process first i.e. asking for additional information, or an interview request. It doesn't sound like you had any of this so I would think it's good news.
