We had applied for our parents, they sent their medicals to New delhi on july 11 2011,
today i checked the Ecas status, it says decision made on sept 19 2011, you will be contacted about this by CHC .
But still they have not received the visa.
Doeas decision made mean that visa has been stamped , if yes how long can it take for passports to reach home.
OR can it mean something unfavourable ?
