Thank you Scylla! If they try the land border option and get caught - and eventually losing their PR Status -- can they apply for Express Entry or will they have some sort of stain with their application?
You should be aware that you may not be able to secure a health card for 2+ years if you manage to enter and not get reported. Even if you do get reported you also will struggle to get a PR card until your appeal is heard. If approved you will have to wait until you get the PR card first and then you can apply for a health. Do you have SIN#s? How are you reaching a CRS of 470?
