WES Timeline/Tracking 2019

So it took 25 days to know whether docs were accepted or not.

It depends. My spouse shared the exact same timeline of mine by 6/03, but his docs were accepted on 6/06 and received report on 6/28. And I did contact WES on 6/17 and received email response & update after another week with report due date.

It is going to be month almost and still no update whatsoever.

I had dispatched docs for me and wife on the same day. Her status

They have asked for graduation docs.

We will be sending the docs once the name is corrected in her degree and marksheet.

But does anyone know till what time they keep the application on hold???

No idea what i can do now.

Does anyone have idea exactly which department they send email?

It seems transcripts dept which is my point of contact does not get WES mail.

It is so frustrating, firstly they review Documents for good one month and then put it on HOLD.
University takes its own sweet time to reply. WES changes status to under review again on 5 th July.

Now really don't know when am I going to get the completion date...

I feel like writing a book on "Dont's for WES" because u actually don't have any Do's for Wes... You just can't DO anything.... They make you feel helpless and at their mercy....

The day, some organization shows faster and better results - It will be time for WES to look for some other planet to screw the happiness of the applicants

They generally send it to the Registrar or the Controller of Examinations. Or the first email they come across on the university website. Hope this helps

As I said earlier, the final report usually takes around one month from acceptance of all documents. Your university has replied on 5th, you shud have got another update in 1-2 days. But, since you didn't get any, I suggest you to drop a message in twitter and a mail from wes portal asking for update.

Spoken to them almost 10 times.... Same generic reply with zero Human Touch - All robots.
Asked them for update via Contact us and Messenger.... No reply... Disgusting service

My timeline

Wes application created on 7/1/2019 as in July 1st. I immediately ordered electronic transcripts from both my schools be sent to WES. They received both same day. I got notified by transcript service when each was downloaded at WES. I was surprised WES updated same day as it was Canada day so a public holiday.

As per trend, documents likely to be accepted by WES around say 26 - 30 July.... Or earlier if ur lucky.
