Finally got mine from WES.

The complete timeline:

5/24 ordered & paid
5/31 doc received & under review
6/03 doc received & under review
6/29 doc accepted & due on 7/10
7/10 under final review
7/10 completed

Created WES profile on May 1st. Paid and sent docs through both universities, initiated on June 4th

1st update : 21st June (PGDM docs delivered)
2nd update : 3rd July (Bachelor's docs delivered)
3rd Update : 5th July
4th update: 8th July

I realized on 5th that I need to send my degree certificates as well.. so I mailed Wes on 6th July it reached them on 9th July

All above updates say "We have received and reviewing your documents"
Yet no updates on the expected due date.

Also, I feel the portal is getting updated Everytime I am pinging WES regarding the status.

Any how long will it take to get a due date...

Anyone from VTU? Could u pls share me your timeline pls.

This is similar to my case... you will get an update by today or tomorrow...and most probably a due date between August 5-10.

update 5- 19.06.2019 We are waiting for your documents.Bachelors Degree certificate not received

Faxed Bachelors Degree certificate 20.06.2019

update 6- 20.06.2019 We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).

update 7- 21.06.2019 We are reviewing your evaluation report.Your evaluation is due for completion on 7/12/2019


I have masters. So that explains why I have 5+ updates on document receipt.

Quick Tip: No use in checking the WES portal during the day as it is night over there. (Applies only if you are in India). Check from 8pm and also in the morning for updates.(Thats what I did every morning after waking up...)

So it took 25 days to know whether docs were accepted or not.

Quick Tip: No use in checking the WES portal during the day as it is night over there. (Applies only if you are in India). Check from 8pm and also in the morning for updates.(Thats what I did every morning after waking up...)

My university replied to Wes verification and I got a status update on 5 july - docus recieved and under review. Hio long will they take to review and give me completion date ?

As I said earlier, the final report usually takes around one month from acceptance of all documents. Your university has replied on 5th, you shud have got another update in 1-2 days. But, since you didn't get any, I suggest you to drop a message in twitter and a mail from wes portal asking for update.
