i got my study visa and i am coming to canada in august.i got only 1 year program and 15 months of study visa,can i change my college and program which have 2 years duration(4 sems) and extend my study visa according to 2 years program.if yes, tell me the process

No u can't.. u can change course but Ur new course must be of one year.
U can complete Ur course and after that u can again take admission in one year program in same college and extend Ur study permit.
So u gonna get 3year work permit ( is that what u want)
Remember Ur college must be same during both courses.

U said my college should be same but my 1st year program is construction project management in canadore college in my college i am not having other civil related programs, I am having one program which was 42 weeks programs with 3 sems, can i do that program for 3 years PGWP and even my college is having branches.
And can i know that, the two programs i choose should be related or it can be ok to have diff program.
Please help me how to deal to get 3 years work permit

U can't get 3year work permit after 12months study.. Either it should be 16 months or 2year program to be eligible for 3 year work permit.
Speaking of choosing course after construction management, u can search on internet bcz I don't hv much knowledge about this course or can talk to Ur college.
And Ur both program must be related.. bcz after doing construction management u can't opt hospitality management. So I think u can opt for business related course bcz business related courses are almost related to everyone bcz when it comes to establishing business or doing business one must have quite a knowledge about that. Like u can open Ur company after business course. But u better talk to Ur college buddy.. like options

Actually we all are looking for work permit after study but the truth is that rules can be changed anytime.. nothing is guaranteed.
After elections in Canada anything can be changed. If someone like Trump come into power anything can happen.

Hi

If you want to change your program or course or DLI , you're free to do whenever you want.


I know people who have done that .
Let's say you start in Sept 2019 for a new program at a different school for 2 years

And as you said your visa is only valid till 15 months , just apply for extension.

It doesn't matter what course you applied your visa on and changed later after coming to Canada.

You'll also have to change your DLI information on IRCC ACCOUNT when you start studying at new school.

To be eligible for PGWP , make sure you stay as a full time student. However , final term can be part time.
