PR application on CIC account got approved. CIC already mailed my PR card.
Landed on November 25

Hi All - I entered Canada (along with 2 family members) at the Fort Erie Peace Bridge POE office on August 14, 2019 and became a Permanent Resident. Any idea by when I can expect the PR Card. Officer told me 16 weeks. Any insight will help here. Thank you.

16 weeks is way too much...I think he probably said 6-8 weeks

But I have only linked the application to my account today. Will it in any way impact the processing of PR card application??

Does not matter. If you open the application and look at the applicant information, you will find it was submitted at the day of your entry.

Hi my application shows submitted the day i linked my account although I landed a few days prior to linking ???
