Guys, what is the procedure of applying for PR card after landing for outland applicants?
Landing: June 18th.
Ghost Update: July 3rd.
Approved and Mailed it: July 5th.
When and did my landing at POE yesterday, still feel confusing bout why I need to get a refusal letter from State officer since I have a valid US visa. This is what been told by CBSAw. And we did it and yes we did get a refusal letter and drive back into Canada.
Check on my travel I94 today , it State that I entered the State yesterday.
Just wondering if this "refusal or flagpole" will cause any trouble later on if I travel to State?
Thanks for your reply.

I did the same and I asked the American officer if that refusal letter would affect my US Visa and he said no. I was so concerned as you are.
