I think we are going to miss the January semester if we do not get any response this week. They will be on leave in the last week of December.

If they do take the last week of december off, it takes atleast 10 days to sort out passport, so you guys should be getting instructions very soon since time is really the factor right now.

Do they care about time? According to them the are waiting for report from external authorities. They also mentioned in the email that this delay is out of their control as external authorities are involved.I know a few students who are still waiting. Do you think they will process all those applications at once.

Well I don't think so. Some of my friends even missed their September session because of this clearance. I sincerely hope you are infornt of the queue to get your processed within time. May Allah help you !!

Hi I am from Port of Spain aka West Indies. No updates from my side too. I will be attending Sheridan college.

2 of them got the visa within time, but they missed their classes for 2 weeks, and the others have applied again on the winter session.

feeling very worried now. Your timeline and my timeline are same. did you send them any email? I sent an email last week and they said they are waiting for secondary clearance. Some people i know who got their visa within 40 days. Even the current processing time is 6 weeks. Do not know why they are taking so much time for our applications.

I have linked my paper application with the online account and i can see that background check section is blank while medical is passed. I think we are going to hear from them at a same date.
