Hi Friends,

I have submitted my medicals on 8th Aug2013. My application date was 3rd June2010 and I got only medicals request on 22nd july2013, no other request for any document nor the request for submitting the passport also.

Its almost 2.5 months now that i have submitted my medicals and still ATLEAST the requirement for any other documents also have not come.

Can someone suggest what to Do now and is ther anyone else on the forum with such situation?

Have you send any other document with Medicals / have u send the passport to NDVO.

yes mate i send passports to ndvo by courier on 21 aug 2013 but other remaining documents on 11 aug 2013

Have they asked for the passport and other documents to be sent? In my case NDVO has not asked for anything else apart from medicals to be done.

yes they have asked for it with the medicals

including myself and my spouse

have u not got request of additional requirements

RPRF,PCC,PHOTOGRAPHS,IMM FORMS WITH YOUR MEDICAL REQUEST

first of did u apply yourself or through consultant??

if u apply yourself send immediately enquiry asking about additional requirements as soon as possible

Hi there is nothing to say about it we all are victims of immigration process... if they haven't asked should need to wait for few months. We should not send anything without their request. I think its good to have passports with us so we can travel let them decide and ask. I am in tragedy that have submitted passports and granted Australian visa no option than waiting. Have to get my passports back anyhow and travel to Australia before 20-2-2014......I can't book ticket I want to fly tomorrow but can't go feel like one more forum friend who submitted PP in Feb and not getting any answers from CHC.
I want to reach message to them to return passports in 1-2 months or not ask for passports without decision made in favour of us. It's really shameful acts of CHC. Keeping passports for months ...

Hi Rajdeep,

For most of the cases that i have observed in last few months (including mine), the medical request accompanied with a covering letter
(covering.pdf) asking for updated docs, RPRF, PCC, and Passport. Infact in the communication to me the body of the e-mail just had a mention
of "Please read the medical instruction carefully" and I thought that it is just a medical request but the covering letter had the remaining details.
As there is a doubt and consultant involved I would suggest to write to ndvo directly and confirm it. Wish you all the best!

This is incredible that VO HAS instructed only for Medicals. LATELY, VO has been sending instructions in two sets . First set carries Medical Instructions , followed by additional Docs requirement, namely IMM FORMS,PCC,POF(SELECTIVE CASES) ND ppt. It is very likely that ur consultant might have missed on it. Second set of instructions are generally imparted within 48 to 72 hrs.
please ask ur consultant to contact VO, ASAP to sort it out.
