same thing was happened to me I got only mr in the month of may no other requirement after waiting for 2.5 months I applied gcms notes and found that everything was requested along with mr I did not received their 2nd mail.they wil not be going to ask u again . this is the 2nd time I am telling u please apply notes and send everything with cover letter don't wait .
Hi Tej, Thanks for ur suggestion . I have gone to the office of my consultant and had a detailed discussion. They have shown me two more such cases. They have written a mail to CHC today and told me to wait for the reply to come. If there is no reply wihtin a week i will definetly apply for notes and proceed.
My case consultant ask no need to send PCC, POF, etc (i.e salary statement (Bank), same employer`s letterhead, kids school certificates) if they not ask for it and send only required docs and forms.....senior suggest what to do...
and how is dr. livtar singh chawla at ludhiana for Medical Examination....

please advise me, I am catching Air France flight to toronto. It has two stoppages one at paris and other at montreal.. my question is where will be the formalities for PR will be completed montreal or toronto? as they are supposed to be completed at first point of entry into Canada which is montreal in my case but I m FSW applicant.

Is there anyone waiting for medical request yet. I think all applied till June 25, 2010 have received so MI1 is now only waiting for passports with visa stamp.....if any have not got got MR request go foe case specific inquiry so they can know about your case.....

PARITOSH its strange that u missed the ongoing list of applicants still waiting MR <prejune>. i m 1 f dem and so on. anyways thanks for ur suggestion of CSE. medicals r still pouring albeit at slow speed. i might put in CSE soon.
They ask me do done the Medicals, and send the PCC and Passports (including Wife and 2 daughters)
as I updated one daughter last year in my application.
