Sorry for my many posts. Everywhere I'm reading says it takes 120 days at least to process the fingerprints at RCMP. But the VO sent a letter saying they need the RCMP criminal record clearance letter within 60 days!? how is that possible? we can't do it electronically as we are in the US. I want to call the VO but which place do I call now?? last time the immigration office in Mississauga said they don't deal w/people who are already approved of sponsorship. So which number do I call for questions regarding immigration for spouses waiting for their approval for permanent residency? Any experiences w/this? Thanks!

I dont think the embassy or Visa Office will entertain you on phone.If you need to know anything you need to send them email via case specific email which is included in your sponsor approval email or letter.
