hello sir i applied visitor visa on 13 feb 2019 i receive my passport witout visa and i am not receive any reason with us.. how i know about reason of my visa.

bt i receive all mails time to time where my files goes. bt i am not receive any rejection mail or not any letter or application with them.

ya sure i received sealed envolpe from VFS. my purpose was as a tourist.Sir please help me to know about my rejection.
