Hello Peeps, I have few genuine questions here, any suggestions/Input would be really appreciated.
1. I'm PR visa holder since March 2020 living in Canada, my wife is dependent listed on my COPR. (She doesn't have PR yet)
2. Can I apply for her TRV and Spousal sponsorship at the same time?
3. If we apply for TRV first and later apply for spousal sponsorship (Outland), will it have any impact on later?
4. When can I apply for spousal sponsorship? is there any eligibility timeline? (I do have a valid job/annual income)
4. What is my best/safest option here?

2. Yes you can apply for both at the same time. There is a fairly high probability the TRV will be refused since IRCC will guess your spouse has plans to come here long term and isn't really a genuine visitor.
3. No impact.
4. You can apply at any time provided you are living in Canada.
4. Apply for spousal sponsorship as soon as possible since there's a high chance the TRV will be refused.
You are required to reside in Canada throughout the sponsorship process. A few trips are OK but you shouldn't leave for for than a few weeks at a time.
