Hi guys, my passport reached ircc on Nov 28 th and on dec 27 I got an update saying decision finalised , people who got the same message received dispatch message today morning, but all of them submitted passport on vfs delhi , whereas I submitted in vfs Bangalore and I didn’t receive the dispatch message, any idea if there is a time delay between vfs delhi and Bangalore??

I sent my passport and my wife’s passport together. My wife got her passport but i am still waiting. Is it normal? She applied for student and i applied for Spousal open work permit.
