got dispatched message on wednesday morning, but just today i checked on vfs tracker saying

your passport undelivered and has been received back at VAC delhi , please contact VAC at ghe earliest time.
what is that mean if anyone know about it?

i'm new to this thread. Do we have any sheet totrack passport receiving based on submission date?
I've been doing email to VFS 3 times a week, and they've standard replies stating embassy requires minimum 10-12 business days to finalize visa stamping.
My fathers' TRV is sent for renewal. They approved visa within 1 week.
VFS submission - 11/25
Received at IRCC - 11/26
VO: Delhi
Status remains same since then.

im similar boat too.. Application got approved in 4 days and now stamping is taking ages.

Yes, My father's passport was also reached IRCC on 26/11.

Medicals: Upfront medical done, Passed on Nov 15
BVL : Nov 28

No, there was an option for Upfront Medical where I uploaded the document that I received from the hospital
