It shows 'In progress' on IRCC status tracker. Although I can see that there is a Visitor Visa document number issued for me so I guess the background verification is done but IRCC hasn't updated that on the portal? This is a bit confusing.

Yeah, I can also see the visa document number and expiry date. But the background verification is still in progress.

Once the counterfoil is attached to the passport, I guess the counterfoil info will be visible on GCKey/IRCC portal.

Yes once the counterfoil is stamped it gets updated

yes they reply your application is currently is under process at high commissions of canda new delhi.

Yes I actually emailed VFS Delhi to hold it and I went to Delhi and picked it up.

I have the same issue ..under process at the IRCC Office on 2024/11/14. not sure what to do. there are some instances where stamping is received in 2 weeks.

I logged in the application tracker as well I could see application in progress but eligibility and back ground is completed … but could not see any counterfoil message … can you see how to see that please and thank you

Same time line but for trv I can see my counterfoil updated today but never got the dispatch message today so maybe tomorrow.

Hi Darsh, how does the counterfoil information look like? How is it different from visa number and visa expiry date visible on tracker website? Is counterfoil updated on tracker website? Is your background verification in tracker website changed from "in progress"?

I can see under the document status, the work permit document number and the my son’s visitor visa document number with the passport details with the visa validity. Under Activity everything is green and says completed. But the application status says in progress.

For my son I logged seperately and the background verification is in progress…but for my
Husband it says completed
