Wow thats surprising!! Congrats to the person but it doesn't make sense when people here have applied in Aug, September and October and still have no updates. IRCC picks up applications randomly I guess

Yes. For a lot of countries its less than USA. And processing times don't even matter now. Like a lot of us have already passed the processing days. Its been like 35 days over the processing time for me. I dont even check the processing times now because its irrelevant.
