I applied for Visitor Visa for my parents as a group in new Visitor Visa Portal. My father is Primary Applicant. My father's application is updated with UCI while my mother's did not. Also my father's application is updated with Biometrics Collection instructions while I'm still waiting for this update for my mother.
Is this normal? Do I have to wait certain days from application to get these updates for my mother?

I have applied for my parents visitor visa in 2023.
Biometrics were done on Dec 21st for both, when i check the status it shows “biometric completed -dec 21” in the left side under “application status” and on the right hand side under “application information” tab as well for my mother, however it doesn't show the same for my father on left side under “application status”.
I am concerned why is it not exactly the same for both.
Any suggestions please?

hey how did it go for you? I have facing the same issue. Both gave biometrics a few years ago but only showing for my mother. My father’s passport got renewed after last biometrics. Could that be the reason?
