Check email inbox, for your mother there might be some additional medical request as same happened with my mother’s case. She went for additional TB tests. It took additional 4-5 months for her to get application approved.

Check spam, if no email then wait or you can check with medical clinic from where she has done her medical examination whether they shared the reports or not or received any update from IRCC
