Visitor visa applied from Singapore (Indian national) - no ppr yet

Hi All,

i have applied for visitor visa for myself and son (7yr) from Singapore on 22nd Mar 2022. My wife is studying in Canada (since May 2022). Although the eta is 34 days, the visa is not approved yet. Can anyone suggest if we should reapply?

we submitted 2 webforms and no reply on those.

Hi Anunay,

Did you apply for a Tourist visa after your wife's visa got stamped or were both the applications filed simultaneously?

My wife has also applied for her student pass from Singapore on 13 Jan and it is still under process. Her's is Sep intake.

I along with my daughter have recently applied for a Tourist visa - Biometric is on this Wednesday.

Hoping all gets sorted before Sep so we can fly out together.

When did your wife apply for the visa? Just want to get an idea about the processing time for a student visa.

She applied on 9th Nov 2021 and received approval on 1st Mar 2022.

This is a recent update; whe I applied ( Mar 22), it was 34 days only. Not sure how this is going to impact our process.

Yea - just the kid needs a visa for travel and no responses to any webforms.
