I submitted Visitor Visa application for my parents on Aug 24th and they gave their Bio metrics on Sep 24th. I applied through the Old IRCC portal using GCkey,
No response or updates yet !
Should I re-apply through the new portal?
Anyone in the same situation?

Im also almost in the same timeline. Waiting like forever. Here is my timeline:
Application submitted for parents: aug. 28, 2021
Biometrics done(father): sept 17- updated in their account same day
Biometrics done(mother): oct. 15-updated in their acct oct 26.

I have a question. Can I submit proof of ties in home country while waiting? I wanted to submit like house title under my parents name since I didn’t include that when I submitted their application online. Just thinking it might help with the approval. Thank you.
