visitor visa reapplication from ircc portal

hi, i applied my visitor visa and my parents visitor visa from Pakistan using gckey portal in july 2021 and have not received any decision on it. should we reapply our visas? is there anyone with similar experience that can guide me on what to do? should i reapply via iirc portal?

I guess you reply on the new portal thats IRCC
