Wait and then apply.
In the meantime, do work on the tenancy agreement and rent payments
Tenancy agreements ?? I understand I should ask the tenant to deposit in bank through cheque or bank transfer.
Many thanks
One last question
Can my mom submit bank certificate instead of bank statements mentioning by bank manager that she has enough funds to travel.
Cz bank statements might confuse.
Reply requested please
Many thanks

Hi Bryanna
Could you please let me know if 4000 inr is less to get from tenant? or the officers just look at tenancy agreement n allow..

2 FD
BANK LOCKER
A HOUSE IN HER NAME

I'm not sure if I have understood your question correctly.
Are you asking if the rent of INR 4000 is low? Yes, it is low. But, it is what it is if that's what your mom has agreed to. That said, the terms of the rent agreement and rent will be considered together.

The CAD 4000 in her bank account has mostly been transferred by you recently.... and will be obvious

hi Bryanna
Thanks for the response.. ☺
yea I just wanted to check if the visa officers consider the rental amount or rental agreement only?
And the tenant does not transfer money so nothing of his shows on statement..
the 4000 cad is not all transferred by me.. she gets amount as a pension too.. and interest too..
Her bank account is very consistent.. and the money that I transfer her donot show my name it just shows account number.
do you think I should include tenancy agreement. considering low amount ..
I feel tenancy agreement is enough to show her ties that she has to return.. m just concerned about tenancy amount
Thank you very much ..☺

No records/no bank transactions for the rent = The rent agreement is meaningless
No records/no bank transactions for the rent = The rent agreement is meaningless
then what is it that will take her back to her country.. she is a home maker with this rental agreement ..
Please advise
please tell me if I should explain each and every transaction in bank account or just submit statements..

You can explain any relevant, important transactions. It's not necessary to explain every transaction.
BTW even though your name does not appear on the bank statements, it is possible to figure out those transactions were transfers made by you
Happy New Year to you too
