Hi good day everyone! I recieved a passport request yesterday for my parents. I just applied last month. Should pay I only one way courier fee if I'm going to send the passport to VFS?

Yes I applied them in IRCC portal last month.
No, they don't have any US/Canada visa/travel history.

Applied-21 June
Biometric- 6 July and updated on same day.
Nothing happened after.
Got passport request today with biometric validity letter.
I am confused little bit because application still shows in process, eligibility not started and background check is still in process.

Don't worry, just submit the passport in person or via Blue Dart courier, with requisite documents i.e. PPR mail, consent form, SMS service form (if opted)
and original passport

Thanks GOD i got reciveed PPR applied on 9th sep 2022 on new portal 2 visits to Canada and usa valid visa pluss visits also have lot of travel history of other countries.Applied from Pakistan and pakistani citizenship

I applied for my mother visitor visa in July.I am Canadian citizen.Reason for visit was my pregnancy.I deliver baby in August.

Biometric completed :7 July 2022
Review started same day.After that no progress.
Today Nov 7 , I got passport request.
I came to write specially for all members who are worried about processing and results.
It might give them some hope and timeline.
