Why not super visa ?

Hello Everyone.
I want to apply for a visitor visa for my mother (Widow) and I will be paying for her expenses.
Mother's Documents:
1. Mother's Bank Statement - Last six months: Average balance 5-6 lakhs.
2. Property Evaluation (Report prepared by CA): 75-80 lakhs.
3. ITR: Filed till 2016 and Housewife from 2016 till present
3. Passport
4. Photo
5. Filled the complete details in the new portal about employment, family details etc.
6. Visit Duration: One Month
7. Spouse's Death Certificate (June 2002)

Inviter documents:
1. Bank Statements Last 6 months.
2. Tax return: Last 3 yrs, 2019,2020,2021
3. Letter of Employment and paystubs
4. Invitation Letter
5. Status documents (WP)
6. Relation Proof ( Passport and Birth Certificate)
7. Place of Stay: Rent Agreement.

Questions:
1. Please if anyone can comment if I need any additional documents and proofs to satisfy the officer?
2. If I should apply using the old or new portal system?

This looks ok.

Either portal is fine. Currently visas are riding more on luck than anything else from what I Have seen

We will do this in january next year for super visa.

1. How long it wll take them to process bckgrnd?

Processing time for vv averages around 6 months now if she is in India. Use the check processing times page to see latest trends

Should be fine. I added my birth certificate. U can add that too. Sound ok. I applied thru new portal.

Earlier is says: we will let you know when we start your background check. Nd within two days it changed to we started ur background check.

Hai i was applied business visa on sep 2021. Biometrics done. Stil waiting but i heared someone applied after month he got visa he reach as well. Another one my applied sep 2021 he got rejected. Please reply thanks
