Still have not. I contact delhi isa office and they sent a standard reply that its under review. I hope you get it soon too. Its very frustrating

Have they restricted the sign up process to the new portal? I am trying to create a new account for a friend but in the sign up section it asks for an invite code... Anyone know a way around?

when you try to sign up u will be asked to give an email id and a code will be sent to that email, have to use that code to sign up (its some sought of email verification!)..that was how it was when i did in last november

Yes, that is how I remember it too but now its directly taking me to the main signup page with the invite code. Can you please give it a try and see where it is leading you.. Want to know if its just me..

showing me the same…i remember someone commenting here that site keeps asking questions regarding our visit n redirects to gckey or new portal accordingly…try raising this question in march 2022 application thread, they will know better as they have recently applied

What is this new portal? Are you guy's talking about cic.gc.ca? or something different?

is a new portal for visitor visa but both are valid

Hi there, you can't apply for visitor visa while residing in Canada, but you can apply for Visitor Record to extend your stay. Please refer to link below. Only student and work permit holders can apply for visitor visa within Canada, all others must apply from outside Canada.
