Hello everyone! I applied for my parents visit visa in Oct 2021 under one application, even though they have different application numbers. My dad’s visa was approved on feb 17th, but my mom’s is still pending. Anyone faced this? Its already been so long and even now my mother’s isn’t moving, its not making sense.

Anyone has any inputs??

No, the processing times on cic website are incorrect and should not be relied upon. For England, the processing is way above 200 days but my sister got her application approved within 2 weeks. 14-30 business days is the norm now.

Got OPR request today for my mother's TRV application.
Applied 8th December 2021
Biometrics given 16th Dec
Biometrics uploaded on system 29th December
OPR 28th February 2022.

VO = Abu Dhabi.
COR and Application = Pakistan

Apply on Feb 17th with upfront Bio and medical through New IRCC Protal for supervisa. Today Feb 28th Portal Upadate with Medical Pass. Hope to see some good new soon.

New portal. Digital photo is taken while giving biometrics, you do not need a photo separately.

1> I am filling up the visitor visa application, on behalf of my parents.
I still need to upload representative form correct ?

2> For proof of funds can I show Fixed deposit receipts
OR bank statements are also required. ?

New portal. Digital photo is taken while giving biometrics, you do not need a photo separately.

Biometrics validity letter for mother : February 03 2022
PPR for mother : February 03 2022
PPR for father : No update
Father is main applicant

is it normal received PPR for one parent, no update for other parent?
Anyone is in same situation?

In the same situation. For me, my dad received ppr more than a week back but nothing on mom’s application … ive lost hope of reuniting and just frustrated.
