visa rejected.. reapplying in general category

I applied on 27 oct.......... Dispached passport within 6 dayz with refusal letter

hello house, please i applied for study permit visa on july 27 2016, but i havent received any mail from them , please what might be the problem. i have written to accra.immigration...... they said they cant reply if it is still under processing time but its almost 16 weeks i applied. i need advice please/ ???

My visa got rejected Its stated that:

Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualifications, previous studies,language abilities.
But its not the exact reason i guess..

Tenth:68%, 12th:63%, engg 2016passout (ece):64% ielts 7 overall W6,R6,L8.5,S6.5 i have applied for centennial college electronics engg. (fast track) n submitted the visa through chandigarh Vfs on Nov 17th got on Dec 7th as rejection ..this is really sad..

Wt do u guys suggest me to do now..please help..
