I got offer from University of Ottawa my one band score is 5.5 but overall score is 6.5.....so check university IELTS requirements...some university required only 6.5 overall....Manitoba, Windsor only required 6.5 overall......

bro please share ur profile... when r u going to apply...do we have to pay the fees before visa because i deposited the fees for september intake in lambton college... not refunded yet... don't know they r going to refund it or not.... and also do we have to pay any fees for offer letter... please response... thanks alot all of u for ur suggestions

dear don't go behind colleges...visa chances are less in colleges compare to University....try to concentrate on your course selection...select a course related to your previous rejection.....
I think that your refusal reason is this one "Your proposed studies are...."..if yes then don't apply again in colleges...Universities are better options apply directly through Universities..universities release offer only based on previous studies but colleges are not looking for this one they simply release offer without releasing your academic background.........try Carleton, Manitoba, Windsor, MUN etc...
