For what it's worth, I can tell you that it hasn't been updated - at least not all of it. Maybe they update individual offices as they come in. However, before the expected update, I noted the number of months for each of the Visa offices in the December thread so I could give them an update. I just matched that list and the current one, and all 12 Visa offices are still the same.
So there's still hope! Maybe they will update it soon, and maybe it will be good news.
