I am an Iranian/Canadian citizen, currently living in the US. My parents cannot get a US visa to come see me in the US (because of travel ban), so I was wondering if I could apply for tourist visa for my parents to have a family reunion with them in Canada. I know this won't fall under parents super visa since I am not a resident, but I am not so confident if they will be eligible to get a tourist visa. I'd appreciate any helpful suggestions or hints.
