I do not have a problem with your aetheist views. Just express it in any manner you like and stop showing intolerance for the beliefs of other members. What I find irritating is you're always quick to criticise the religious views expressed by other members and you expect them not to respond. Write your own comment or response to what is being discussed, use any atheiest view or whatever you deem fit as long as it not offensive but do not criticise the religious views of other members.

Look, it is a mandate that visa officer updates your CAIPS if that letter is deemed correct. He should have changed your B'FD date to 2011 or later. As long as this doesn't happen, I would lean towards that the reply was generic rather than specific to your case.
I'd suggest you wait a month or so and shoot them another inquiry.
Qorax also advices about sending intermittent emails (once a months) to get your status of file, if 8 months have passed from your 2nd AOR and nothing's happening.
