A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I applied as simplified application process and no document ever requested.

Today I received refusal letter, BCO NOC not in eligible occupation list, but one of my NOC is on eligible list which I mentioned in my application, the VO may overlooked the NOC code. What should I do now?

Any similar cases, suggestions pls.

Where should I apply for reAssessment?

I am not an expert, but you might want to read this link. I know your application was not at CIO at this point, but there may be ideas here that will help you. I would be prepared to submit a new application when the time comes (?Jan 2013) and be trying to secure a job offer (I know that is not easy and it isn't said lightly). I am so sorry that you have waited this long to have such disappointing results, but don't give up. Try all your options. Good luck.
