Just got my test invite for Surrey.

I send my application end of august, in process end of November, got my invitation today (may 24 - so 6 months from IP) for June 25 test date.

I suspect I with have my oat until August which will make it a full year.

So happy to have finally received my test invite!

I did my test today. Passed and approved! Yay! Just waiting for oath.

My family are Surrey applicants who had gone into IP on 20th Nov 2018. Had the test and interview in Surrey this morning. Passed the test and after the interview we were told that in 2 to 3 months we should have our oaths.

I took the test June 12 at Surrey and told me the same.

We are family of 4 and IP since September. Waiting for oath invite

Yesterday (July the 2nd ) I had my citizenship ceremony. I’m very happy that this long journey has come to an end . I want to thank everyone for their help . It’s greatly appreciated ! Hi everyone, this forum has been helpful for my anxiety over the application timeline, so I thought i’d share mine as I just got the test invite.

I applied in October 17. AOR Jan 17th, and finally test invite I received today is scheduled on July 10th. My test location is Vancouver.

Did my test yesterday - July 10th. Passed and received the oath invite today. My oath will be August 9th! Relatively quick!!

I took and passed my citizenship test on june 12 and haven't heard back from them as of today.

hi guys.. i am from mississauga.. recently moved to Surrey...got a test invite now in Surrey for July 31st.. have been in process since Jan 2018.. (Yes.. that long!!)... i am wondering whats the average time for OATHs?.... currently in Scarborough (GTA) area ppl were getting invited next day after passing tests.. any one who got the earliest date for oath?

I am with Surrey office as well. Expect 2-3 months after passing the test.

I took my test June 12 and 5 weeks later no oath invitation yet.
