Urgent mail to Ambassy for misreading in application form and reapply

Could friends help me in my case

I am Vietnamese and a Ph.D student in South of korea. I applied for conference to Canda and received the refusal with the reason: travel history, purpose of visit, current employment situation, personal assets and financial status.

The document I applied:

Travel history: travel history form: I am in South of Korea from 02/2016 until now; went to Australia for conference in 07/2017

Purpose of visit: Invitation letter from Chairmain in conference

Employment situation: Just filled in application form

Personal financial status: my Bank statement + my professor bank statement + his recommend letter

I think I just uploaded basic documents as the online application required and did not add any additional document to explain my status.
Now I am preparing the document for reapplying. And I realized that I misread one point in previous application form. I had refusal as visitor visa to USA in 01/2017, I did not say yes in the question that "you have ever denied by Canada or other country". Because I just thought they ask about Canada application previous time.

I will announce my mistake ASAP through the Case specific inquiry, Email to visa office and send mail to VFS staff to visa office

After that I will send my reapplication a few day following.

Do anyone tell me that what should I do now for successful reapply.
