I want to go to present my research article in conference and i have the acceptance letter, registration fee slip and hotel (venue) booking. I have submitted my application but VOs refused me and mentioned following points.
1) Travel History
2) Purpose of Visit
3) Family Ties in Canada and in country of residence

But I have submitted my Travel History (USA B1/B2 visa, Singapore, UAE and Malaysia)
My purpose of Visit is "Others" and further explained " To present a research paper in Conference"
Hotel Booking (Venue of Conference) and contact information provided.

Please guide me whether i can re-apply immediately or not. Because my conference will held in August 2017.
 
How long a visit did you request? What evidence did you provide of ties to your home country?

I am not clear about the ties of home country. I have mentioned the name of program coordinator, address of hotel also submitted Acceptance letter of Program coordinator.
I have mentioned the stay of 5 days, i.e. 16-Aug to 19-Aug. My conference date is 17-18 august.
 
Ties to your home country is evidence that you will return home once your visit is over. They are things like: proof of property ownership, proof of employment, letter of leave from your employer, proof of assets / bank accounts, etc. Did you include anything like this in your application?

Yes I have submitted these documents. Property documents, bank statement, NOC from office. Now can i re-apply immediately? if yes then which documents required further??
