Urgent help required: PR portal confirmation in Canada within 7 days

Hi, yeah so she ended up coming back but only after like 14 days and the portal did not expire so she was able to create her credentials once she got back.

Oh I see.
I don't remember what exactly happened in my case but we were able to go beyond the 7 days requirement without the portal expiring.
I think it took us 14 days or something.
