Urgent HELP PLZ- No invitation for Parent and grand parent sponsorship

Hi, (Sorry for Spam, By mistake i put same post in PR Section too)

This year i filled form to show interest to sponsor my Parent and grand parent sponsorship.
On second round, our file number is selected according to CIC webiste

but I have not received any invitation letter or email from CIC,
everyday i am check junk and spam folder, i checked filter , cic is not blocked, i am receiving other emails from CIC about my citizenship


My Email is totally right on form because when i submitted the form in starting of the year , i received email from cic about my confirmation number

according to document checklist , I need this invitation letter
Now i do not anything about deadline

I called CIC, seems agent did not know anything and told me take screen shoot and send with your file,

Any help, is anyone else experience this issue, and how you deal with it

Find out if you are selected to apply to sponsor your parents and grandparents

I think u did not read my post, My file number is already selected, but have not received invitation from CIC

Did you send them inquiries with all information ? Probably they I’ll send you again or must provide some information.
