CSQ for parent and Grandparent visa

Hello Everyone

My daughter applied for interest for sponsorship in 2020 and she received invitation to apply email. She is a resident in Montreal
I am filling the residency application form and its asking me for CSQ (certificat de selection) number. As the parent, am I supposed to have a CSQ number and do I need to apply for one?
My daughter already has a CSQ number so do I input her number?
Appreciate if someone can guide me on what to input in my application. If I select "No" then it asks me when did I apply. Very confusing

yes you also need to apply for CSQ
