My take, you should try To get letters from all parties involved and also a letter from yourself explaining the relationship between them. Also include invoice and billing details that mention you as the worker.
I do have letter from my employer and my vendor. I can get letter from my client but I think it will make VO more confusing. My vendor letter says MR Arjun has contracted with us via XXXX technologies from july. Is this letter sufficient and moreover the VO raised question regarding my company address so i will focus more on sending him a Business incorp number...etc and the work my company do. correct me if im wrong I need this help
Don't listen to everyone Beta, you are younger but in this instance you are right and showing more wisdom than the so called gurus and self professed experts on here. The VO's concern was only the residential address as I have stated before and as you too correctly identify as the only issue. Just clear that with the VO with help from your employer.
I note that your employer mentioned no need to approach clients ............. please don't go behind your boss's back and do as others here are suggesting. You might very well find yourself without a job if you take others' advise, they won't be there to help you then.

Indo, the person's only issue is with the "residential address".

Explain your situation to your boss and gently request him/her for the following documents:
a) Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation or Business Registration.
b) Copy of valid Municipal or Provincial/Territorial Business License.
These documents has all the information regarding name, address, business number etc etc and CIC can verify with CRA if they want to.
Send the copies either via email or courier once you get them. I believe your boss won't have any problem in providing these things.
Good Advice, take some cakes, etc to the Boss when you do this.
